Hey you cold weather disc golfers,

I'll be hosting a C-tier on the front nine of the new Brandon course on Valentines Day.

We'll be playing two rounds of 20 holes, all of the normal front nine and one temp hole twice thru. We will then move all of the baskets, and play the same way as the first round. I'm going to try to get some fly-pads for the tee boxes.

I'm offering 3 divisions, Open, Advanced, and Intermediate. Entry fees will be $40, $30 and $20.
Short players meeting at 9:40 and Tee off at 10:00

If you have any questions, please call me at 605-231-1233 or email at tblase©gmail.com

I am not raising any money for this tourney for pro's or am's, it is mostly just so we can all get out of the house and play in a tournament. I am also limiting the field to 40 so there will be 4 per hole if it fills.

Oh yeah, SWEET NEW COURSE with the only par 5 in the state.

See you there.

Travis Blase

Sounds great, unfortunately those of us West of the river might not make it. However, I have posted the information into out news section on the front page. Let me know if you get an event poster or something, I'll be more than happy to post that aswell.

Sounds like this would be fun but I just had knee surgery yesterday and I don't think I should be out throwing discs.

A couple friends and I walked the front nine in the fall before there were tee pads or baskets. Looking forward to playing this. I love the shorter more technical holes. Reminded me a bit of the Richmond Lake course in Aberdeen. The tall grass off the fairway is a bitch to find a disc in though.
